Monday: P-Day!! Wow, time is flying! Okay dokey today was chill. We did our grocery shopping and everything super fast because we were meeting up with the district at the church to play games. Instead of always going out for food I suggested we do a picnic and it turned out well! We then all kinda did our own thing but it was super fun because cute Sister Hansen aka my last, last companion she is in our district and so we chatted it up with everything that's going on and that was nice and especially nice to hear all of the friends in Hyde Park are doing good! Sister Barrett and I played a round of California speed and we only played one round because that one round took us almost an hour hahaha but it was so fun! After that I talked with my family and it's soooooo weird to start planning things for when I come home like AHHHH! Once p-day ended it was calls, calls and some more calls🤣. Tuesday: So not sure actually what happened today…….. sike just kidding you got pranked ahha! Today was the best day! I woke up to a text from my AMAZING Trainer #Sister Hoggard well I guess Anna now but anyways she sent me my QUOTEBOOK!!! She was able to retrieve it back and oh my goodness was I happy. They day then flew by and it's like hey wait a minute (Literally WILD). Anyways because time was flying by ridiculously fast we were very not timely today with things but we had joy and we did what we could. After more stop bys and more phone work I got one of the best and funniest emails ever! One of my good pals Brother Karen from back home sent me an email about how he is related to Benson Boone!!! Note that Benson is one of my go to artists but it was just soo cool! The rest of the day was chill and we went to a blood drive at the church and man did that make me miss my Phlebotomy days! Wednesday: District Council!! 15 MONTHS!!! WOW, WOW AND WOW! As a district we had such a joyous time, as Elder Gartin would say. After lots of laughs and lots of food we all went separate ways and got to work! We had an amazing lesson with Gabriel, he is soo soo freaking elect like what the heck! We went to Walmart to talk to people and also bumped into the sr. Sisters, it was so fun. We obviously did some more missionary work because the grind never ends! As we were doing lots of cool things I got a notification that I got MY PLAN!!! So basically what this is, is it's a thing that you get as a missionary when you are approaching your last transfer and it was literally wild. I was freaking out but not, just lowkey weird…. That was pretty much the day and when we came home I made some DELICIOUS tofu pancakes! Thursday: Another Joyful day! Woke up and made some also DELICIOUS bran muffins! Literally shoutout to my ma, she is like the best cook I know! It's been really nice cooking and baking. It's helped me find joy throughout the day so that makes me obviously happy! Fast forward into the day now, we met with this ADORABLE family and one of the kids is obsessed with this Chuky doll and I lowkey feel bad for the mom because that thing is just disturbing and it's the size of the girl too…. After that fun lesson though with the family, we went home because Sister Moyes wasn't feeling too well. But after a few hours we went back to work and found so many new friends and then had institute and that's always a party! And that's really that! Friday: This morning for personal study I have been studying my patriarchal blessing which is a guidance from God, kinda like a compass but made directly for you and for your life , it's pretty cool! If you are a member you should make sure you have it and if you aren't a member, please reach out to me, tehe! Anyways I've just really been enjoying studying that! After we went out for the day we had companion study and studied the talk that I have linked at the bottom and we really enjoyed it. The question to go with it, is what kind of Sister or Brother do you want to be? After comp study we had our mentor session with #Brother Snow!! He's cool and we always have a good time with him. The rest of the day consisted of….. I'll let you take a good guess……. If you guessed stop bys, street contacting and calls, ding ding ding you got it right!!! That's exactly what we did the rest of the night ahahh. Saturday: Holy Moly macaroni and cheese… today was chaotic. The morning started off fine, not a whole lot happened until we went and visited Odit and oh my goodness she is just so so cute and soo strong! We had some members join and we were talking about the word of wisdom, which is No Coffee, No Alcohol, No Tea and No Tobacco and finally No street drugs. And when we introduced this to her she wasn't fully living it but three days later she told us “ oh that stuff, yeah no I threw that all away.” We were like WHATTTTT OHH MY GOSH!!! Odit is just wow, amazing! We then met with the amazing family again and had a blast with them and we thought we had figured out a ride for them for church but as soon as we leave their house our members canceled on us, we were like ahhhh and so we were figuring that out while also doing a million other things and it was soo stressful and I almost broke down but im surprised I didn't. But we made it through and tomorrow is a new day! Ohh but the cool thing was that the Assistants to the President sent us a super cool friend who is progressing towards the 22nd!!! Keep John in your prayers! Sunday: SNOW DAY!!!!! I woke up soo freaking happy! I looked out the window and saw fresh snow and that just made my day! We went to church and everyone was asking me where my coat was and all these layers and I just giggled because I didn't think it was that cold ahah. But anyway church was good, Sister Moyes sang in church and did a great job and then the rest of the day was chill and we had a member meal with the Bradys and we were just having the time of our lives! That was pretty much the whole day, I won't bore you with all the details that you have heard plenty of times by now. But as we were coming home it was snowing more!!! Yay for snow! Stop bys, stop bys and More Stop bys!!

Monday:P-Day!! Physical Therapy + Packing + Park day!! Okay so this morning we got up a little earlier than usual because I had to be a PT at 7am for my back and for some reason my body decided to wake up at 5:30am😫🤦‍♀️, NO THANK YOU lol. But my physical therapist is sooo funny, and everyone there is just a hoot and a holer! Once we got done with that we came home and packed📦🧳 and cleaned the crap out of our house because we are moving tomorrow, like WHATT! We did take a break and hung out with the district at the park for a bit and just goofed around, it was super fun. Once p-day ended we were just both kinda drained and also just had no energy🛌. Tuesday: Moving Day!! This morning it took a little bit longer to get out of bed because we stayed up pretty late trying to get everything packed and ready to go in the morning💤. We got to go and drop off our groceries at our new apt so we wouldn't have to worry about that and it was super fun to be in our new apt and it's sooo nice + it has washer and dryer in it so that just made that 100 times better🙌!! We got everything moved out and moved into our new apt pretty fast. The housing coordinator was pretty shocked on how organized and ready we were, we kinda laughed because it's like what else do expect from us lol. Anyways while moving we did have a fun rain shower🌦 in the middle of it all, so that was fun, Sister Hansen and I were loving it!! Once everyone left and we got the house put together we went to Culvers to treat ourselves since we didn't eat the whole day, oops! But that was pretty much the day, we had some phone call lessons here and there but we were both just gross and ready for a nap🫡. Wednesday: Half sick day…. We had district council today which was fun and the AP’s joined in and it was really funny because anytime someone would make a comment or a joke everyone would look to make sure they were laughing it felt like we were trying to get their approval of it ahah. We then went and did oym and this is where it went down hill. I got this super sharp pain in my stomach thinking it would go away but it didn't and so we went home and I took some medicine and then I passed out and fell asleep for a bit, oops but soo worth it because my body was just done. I was feeling a little better once I got up, so we continued the rest of the day which was just phone calls. Thursday: #Slowest day of my ENTIRE LIFE!! Today was rough ngl. I started off pretty good and then we both just slowly started dying and losing so much energy. We pushed through the day but man it was soo long like 2 minutes felt like 30 minutes and so we were just struggling needles to say. We then got a message from our president saying we weren't allowed to go to Texas Roadhouse for my birthday which is a big rip but oh well, there are always the reasons for things. Overall today was just a big MEH and all our lessons fell through so that was rough. Friday: Physical Therapy + Stop Bys!! I love going to PT because it's just so fun! I asked what my physical therapist was doing for memorial week and hes goes “ Im kinda getting married tommorrow.” I was like what!! Also how do you get kinda married? Anyways he explained and it was the whole thing but it was just wild the fact that hes working the day before its like honestly mood though. The rest of the day was jamming out to music and stopping by soo many peoples houses. Back track for a bit though, we came home for lunch and we both made our own deviled egg recipe because we were curious and ngl but mine were hands down the best! I did need my brother Lincoln though, he's my go to helper/ taste tester ahah. We then continued the day and we both figured out that we are very ticklish people and so now it's a war zone constantly lol. Saturday: Lets hear it for the stop bys this week📣📣!!!! Haha okay but honestly though holy moly we have done sooo many stop bys and we are now knocking doors to mix it up! Update on our area it currently just has hit a wall lately and none of our friends are keeping commitments and so all of our lessons are falling through. It really sucks and so we are trying so hard to find those amazing souls but everyone is like NO. Anyways we had fun knocking doors, we can see why we don't do it a lot anymore as missionaries because it really isnt effective but its fun and I like it a whole lot more than talking in stores. Today we learned that we also have birds, birds' nests? In our wall and the thing is that this wall isn't a wall facing outside and so we are super confused but we hear the wings flapping and birds chirping and so on and so forth, it's kinda just wild ngl. We also spent 2 ½ hours at Subaru but it's worth it because they have free snacks lol and then we finally got these cute matching 2 dollar sweaters! Sunday: Stop bys + Good weather + Door knocking!! Okay church was good today, they talked about temples which I miss going sooo bad… Shoutout to my temple buddy Elle, love and miss you girl! Anyways after church ended we missionaries were just all having a blast and cute Omolara was taking so many pictures with us and we were all just kinda dying laughing. Hopefully we can get the pictures from her, fingers crossed 🤞. Fast forward from 5-8:30 we spent mainly knocking doors and some stop bys here and there but the funny story was we were stopping by this formerly taught friend Michael and once we knocked he looked through the door and he was like “DANNNNG🤩” and then walked away. We were confused and laughing. He came back and we were all just laughing because he was just so shocked to see us, idk why but we were like “we are looking for a Michael” and he's like “which one, there are three of us that live here, im Michael number 3” We were so confused and asked if they all have the same last name and hes like uhhh yess duh… we were like oop. And we asked if we could talk with all of them tomorrow so this will be fun! That was really it for the day. We did go to a fun sign today so look at the picture because once you read it that is what you are!!! Also thank you thank you everyone for the sweet and amazing gifts and cards, couldn't ask for a better birthday out on the mission! Love you all lots ❤️!! Monday:P-Day!! Today was a super fun and busy day, so we will just jump right into it. First off we took a nice little road trip to the doctors 🩺 today to get my back checked out because it's been in soo much pain lately. I learned everything again that I already knew but they did say if it doesn't get better after physical therapy we will do an MRI then maybe surgery so pray that dosent happen lol😨. We then zoomed back to our area and we went to a laundry mat which #Total rip off. We did our laundry and then we went and got our African skirts and oh my goodness was that fun! Cute Margie the worker was so sweet and gave us discounts and free African shea butter, yayy! We both got our moms skirts so im excited to send my moms to her but also debating whether or not to keep it and where it also 🤣. We then hung out with the district the rest of the day and played chair soccer. We then met up with the STL’s for EXCHANGES, wahoooo!! Tuesday: Full day of exchanges with Sister Mcluski😁 and just overall a good day! So we started off with another workout but this week is zone workout week and so we basically just workout in front of a camera and that's about it. To get going with the day though, we found so many amazing friends and it was so nice to not be the senior companion because I love just learning so much from missionaries that have been out for a while. Sister Mcluski and I had lots of fun all day and just chatted it up. We then had a lesson with one of our friends and they were confused about something and I had compared it to a story in the Book of Mormon and I was so amazed with myself because to think how much I have come along on this mission is🤯🫨 WILDDDDD!! Anyways to end off the night we got Canes and that hit the spot and then we had to exchange back but yay for today and yay to get Sister Hansen back also! Wednesday: District Council + Last interview with President and Sister Chase, big RIP😔😭. District council was good. We talked a lot about baptism, which is just the best! Afterwards we all went out for lunch at Smallshavall and it's such a good place but man does it put a dent in your money lol. We then had our final interviews with President and Sister Chase and it was really sad ngl because in a way this was our goodbyes. President finally didn't talk about marriage 💍so wahoo for that but the best thing was I got to get a priesthood blessing from him at the end. Once we got done with our chat sister Chase and I talked and the new presidency comes June 24th which is wayyyyyyy too soon🫢😶. The rest of the day was lessons that kept falling through and in the midst of it all we had a fun photo 📷 shoot with our new African skirts!! Thursday: WILLD DAY! Today started off pretty normal but had a massive headache. We did weekly planning and it was BLAZING HOT but we made it through with a good tan haha. Throughout the day we did some stop bys and calls and random other things but as we were driving somewhere, Elder Nobel called us and told us we got the APARTMENT!!! And that we are also moving in 5 DAYS!!! We were like WHATTTT, ngl I got a little stressed and literally EVERYTHING you can think of was probably running through my mind, my mind would not stop which then caused me to space out A LOT which was not good. Anyways as we were driving around this HUGE rain storm came out of nowhere and it came down hard ⛈️🌧. This old lady was stuck outside of her car with all these groceries and so we stopped to help and being out for only two minutes we were DRENTCHED. We got in the car and the next thing you know this shopping cart 🚗🛒comes and hits our car lol, it was madness everywhere. That's really all that happened today, we came home and started packing, thank goodness we were able to find boxes to pack with from stores! Friday: Goofy day… Okay before we start today, update on weather, it's still HOOOOOTTTTT. Today we were in the car allll day (NO JOKE). We did so many stop bys but met lots of cool people. Anyways we were parked to do a lesson and towards the end of this lesson we saw TONS of cop cars 🚔🚓 down the street and tons of people. We were really confused but we had to finish this lesson. As we are rapping up all these cop cars and people start walking towards us and we are just scared to death because like what in the world is happening. We then ended the lesson and asked a lady what was happening and it was this event that the police set up and they do it every week, it's a community prayer walk. We joined in to talk to people and the lady we asked about what was happening she actually used to have the Elders over all the time. During this walk we got a phone alert saying MAJOR DUSTSTORM heading your way, oop. We got in our car and left 🚗💨💨 and HOLY MOLY it was DUSTEYYYY. We were able to get away from it and then the rest of the day was just lots of amazing miracles back to back and then more packing. Saturday: Today I hit exactly half way until I go home and its CRAZY 🫨🤪 that I have been out more days then what I have left, just a countdown from here I guess 🗓. Today we had stop bys and calls and then we had service with Nina, oh boy. Put your seatbelts on because here we go…. We got to Nina's house and it got WORST then the last time we were there. The closet that we emptied was full of brand new things. She wanted us to organize it and start putting more things in there again. While I was organizing Sister Hansen was bringing me things and Nina was throwing things around like a mad man and Sister Hansen kept getting hit by boxes of dolls, we were dying laughing anytime Nina wasn't around because this was a war zone lol. Once we were leaving Nina's house AMAZON showed up with a HUGE delivery, we were like noooooooo, whyyyy!!! The rest of the day after that was just back to stop bys and calls and packing. We did go to Garrett's Popcorn because sister Hansen has never been and so now we both have cute matching Chicago tins. Sunday: Today was good, nothing too crazy happened. We had church which was good. We had about 5 talks on the same scripture. I'm pretty sure by the end of the sacrament meeting we all had that verse memorized ahah. Lots of our friends were able to come to church so that was fun! The rest of the day flew by, we did calls and member love and cute Sister Mitchell(Member) gave me brand new shoes. I was like sweet. I'll take them haha. We then went to Krispy Kreme and we started talking to a worker who ended up being the assistant manager but she was super cool and awesome, she gave us donuts and then lots of free coupons for donuts! That was really the night and now we are just kinda slumped and so we are procrastinating cleaning and packing for tomorrow , the day before we move haha oops! Also super wild that in a week from today I'll be 20!!! Anyways there is the week for yall, love you all so so much and hope you had an amazing week and hope you have a good rest of your week🫶💞!! Monday:P-Day!! + 9 MONTHS!!!🥲🫢🫨😃 Shoutout to District-19, we are getting there!! Not going to lie I'm very shocked that ive made it this far like go me haha! Not a whole lot happened today. We did laundry at the Sutariks and they are so cute and awesome! We then went to University of Chicago with the elders and man do I miss the social life of college. The rest of the day was call's and Sister Thaele packed so nothing too crazy.

Tuesday: Last District council of this transfer! It was a good meeting and then after we spent soo much time signing things. I kinda wish I started a journal but I also do just love my deck of cards🃏! I made a goofy video on Sister Thaele's phone of a haul of my bag and I didn't realize how much stuff I could fit in it until one of the elders called it a Santa bag🎅 lol. We then went and got lunch all together and just chatted it up. We then had to 🏎💨💨zoom because we had a busy day today. We were at one of our friends' houses giving a good lesson when all of a sudden this RAT🐀 runs past me. I was trying to hold it in but man did my legs lift off that floor so fast. At the end of the lesson I told our friend and he's like you are from the hood because of that I was a little confused but hey alright I guess I'm from the hood. And the rest of the day was history lol. Wednesday: TRANSFERS!!!+SISTER HANSEN!! Otay dotey! The day has come lol. Okay we got to transfers and OH MY GOSH it was the best! I got to see so many amazing people and most of all got to catch up with the one and only Sister Hoggard! Girly is going home soon which I'm not okay with but oh well. We quite literally spent so much time talking to so many people and a couple hours passed and I still haven't met my companion and so we locked down and I found her!! And wow Sister Hansen is the best! We have so much in common like maybe a little too much but it is so much fun! To celebrate and to start this transfer right we went to Rainbow cone and got ice cream🍦 which was just so perfect! That was the day, we got things done but also talked A LOT! Thursday: To start us off for the rest of this transfer we are doing either a mission workout 🏋‍♀️in the morning all together or a zone workout and so today the workout was a mission run and so we all got out and started running. We had a good run but man we are not morning people lol. Anyways fast forward throughout the day… if you have been around you have maybe heard about our broken fridge that we have to unplug every week well its gotten more broken and hasn't been keeping anything cold and so we got a new fridge but what was funny we didn't realize we got a new fridge until like 30 min after getting home we realized we had two fridges in our apt lol we were so confused on how we missed it. The rest of the day was good, just lots of lessons! If you have any tips on how to shut up and let other people talk, let me know because I currently dont know how to stop talking lol oops, I think I got it from my mom tehe, love you mom! Also shoutout to Tanner for the super awesome lego!! Made me very happy! Friday: Today's workout was core but also a little of everything ahha, it was good but man were we tired lol. We then had weekly planning and that just flew by! It is so fun to have a companion that just gets you lol, their quite literally no effort put into making each other laugh and it's the best! But anyways we had a member meal with Sister Paxson who is just the cutest and she just talked forever but we loved it! The rest of the day was a little of everything, Networking, member love, lessons, calls, oym… but yeah such a good day today! Saturday: First of today we got some free groceries from some members because they were going to Alaska for a few weeks. They asked if we wanted their food and we said YES please lol. We got the groceries and then zooooomed over to Nina's house to help her clean it and man was this something. So Nina is pretty much a hoarder but a hoarder of buying brand new things and then forgetting about it. We helped clean out her closet and because of that we got some fire backpacks and more dolls, noooooooo. Once we got done there we did calls and oym until we got a call from Elder Nobel saying they found an apartment!!!! We zoomed over and it was such a nice apt the only thing was is that the floors are really wavy and they house is slanted and so in the kitchen when you are standing on one side it looks like the counter is really low but as you walk up to the counter its actually a decent size but its brand new and we said why not so fingers cross we get it!!! The rest of the day we went almost everywhere it felt like. Park, goodwill, Krispy Kreme, Sam's Club, Walmart and so on and so forth but at Walmart we got so distracted and we were just having the time of our lives lol. Sunday: 💐🌸Happy Mother’s Day to all those amazing moms and women out there!!🌸💐 Today was another good day but anywho, I got to talk to my mamacita this morning and it's always just a blast talking with her, miss you lots ma! We then went to church which was super fun and while we were walking the halls before church I somehow ended up with this big juicy chocolate strawberry in my hand lol, I'm not complaining and holy moly was that thing DELICIOUS! For service we had one talk and then a primary song and the rest of the time was for anyone to get up and share their testimony about moms and so it was just so tender to hear everyone talk about their moms! The rest of the day we were kinda pooped but we pushed through! We went to our new favorite park and did lots of calls and then the rest of the day was just more lessons and calls and to end off the night we got a free cookie from subway! 🫢Transfer News + Back to Back week!✨

Monday:P-Day!! Today was a super fun p-day! One of our awesome elders in our district treated us all to the Griffin Museum👩‍🔬 of science + industry. It was so freaking fun and there were a lot of activities to do there and so we of course did almost everything and sooo many pictures 📸were taken and lots of giggles the whole day! If you come to Chicago, I definitely recommend you going here! We then all went our own ways and Sister Thaele and I got subway🥪 which actually hit the spot especially with it being 80🔆 all day uggg. Tuesday: First thing was we went grocery shopping because we didn't get money until today and as we were getting groceries we bumped into one of our friends we were teaching and so we had a fun time with that! We then had back to back lessons alll day today which is a party but also oof. During our many many lessons we went to La Mechacana💃 and it was sooo good. I dont know why we didn't take pictures. Towards the end of the day we were doing stop bys and we were talking outside in this really bad area # South Side and the next thing we know is that THERE ARE GUN SHOTS🔫🔫 going off a couple blocks away from us. We were like oop but continued our conversation lol. Wednesday: Another day full of back to back lessons. Lots of them fell through but then at the same time we were still super busy. We decided to stop at this popcorn place called Garretts and they have some good popcorn not going to lie🍿🍿. The rest of the day, wherever we went we got free stuff! Free frostys🍦, free tacos🌮 and free donuts🍩 ahha # free day! Thursday: Happy Birthday Mom🎂🥳🎉!!! Today was a super fun day! I always love when it's a holiday, I always am in a more joyful mood! To get started with the day my mom and I did a morning workout together🏋‍♀️🏋‍♀️ and that was super fun. I wish I was able to do that all the time. This day was busy just like the other days. We did have lunch with the elders and our friend Rerri who we helped move a couple of weeks ago and he treated us to pizza🍕 and he had set it up like if we were going to a birthday party🎈🎈 it was really funny. We had lots of good lessons and we are just constantly inviting people to be baptized which is so fun! We then went to Five Guys for dinner since it's a tradition for my ma’s birthday! And that's the day for you! Friday: Shoutout to Cami Haddock, girlys birthday today and shes 20 like WHATTT🥳🎂🎉! Anyways, Back to Back lessons today + Service. We had about 18 lessons today and the majority went through, so yay for that! At our service for our friend Nina, it ended up being her ranting to us and then at the end she gave us these really creepy dolls and so now we are MOMS🤱🤱, SURPRISE!! Lol jkjk but now we have these dolls and don't know what to do with them. Saturday: Surprise Surprise another busy busy day lol. Not too much happened today ngl. We kept pretty busy and we went to Burlington to talk with people and I tried on this cute dress but I had put it on wrong and it had nearly choked me to death, I was like alright that's a no for me ahah. We then made some videos for a facebook ad 📽 and so stay tuned for that lol! Sunday: TRANSFER NEWS + May the 4th be with you! Church was super super good today! Today was a fast and testimony meeting and lots of testimonies were shared and they were so good! We also had 10 friends watch/come to church🫢 and so that so freaking AWESOME!! The rest of the day was again a busy day with lessons and calls and so we definitely kept busy for sure. We then got THE CALLLL…. Sister Thaele is leaving and going to Elgin and I'm staying and my new companion is Sister Hansen, yayyyyy! Super super excited! To end off the night we just had so much energy and when we had a district call we were all just on something I swear. It was so fun but it's so sad to lose two of the elders in our district. Monday:P-Day!! Today was okay we didnt do too much. We drove an hour to take Sister Thaele to the doctor and then it felt like we were there forever but things were figured out and she has some gall bladder problems so keep her in your prayers! Fast forward towards the end of the day all of us got together at the church and I taught everyone how to play 21 ahha so shoutout to my brother Brigham for teaching me that lol. We had a lot of fun playing that and then we all talked to fam and that was p-day. Once p-day ended we had back to back lessons the rest of the day and calls and one of the calls we made was to this friend that kept texting us about how he wants to be baptised so of course we called and we put him on date!!! Tuesday: VERY VERY BLESSED DAY! Zone Conference + Exchanges!! Okay first off Zone conference was so so good and man was the SPIRIT SOOOO STRONG. We talked about baptism a

lot and I'm so glad we did because man it needed to be talked about. Anyways we went on exchanges and I stayed in my area with Sister Bohme which is actually pronounced like bayme which dosent make sense but hey thats okay! We ended up inviting 4 people to be baptized and they all said yess!!! And we also networked through it all and man it was so freaking cool! The fun thing from the zone conference was they were celebrating May birthdays which is really weird to think it may be and almost my birthday which is wild like 20 who? Anywho, I have a birthday twin! Shoutout to Elder Loftus also zone leader but we have the same birthday but hes just 7 seconds older then me gosh dang it. Wednesday: Woke up sick today which I was not happy about. I ended up making sweet potato fries in the morning for later which was a genius idea because man did those hit the spot lol. The rest of the day was lots of calls and lessons. It was so good but man was I so tired. Also being sick on the mission is the worst tehe! Thursday: Biking Day Yayyyy!!! We biked all day and it made me so freaking happy, even though I was sick it was so nice to be out in the fresh air and to just be out and about! We had a lot of fun with it all and it was interesting to see how the day would go because we had back to back lessons all day but we made it through and we made it work + It was a super nice day which is AWESOME! We overall had some really good lessons and invited more people to be baptized! Miracle to me I think was we were talking to this interested friend and in my head im like baptism bring up baptism, I didn't really know how to so I had the lady read a scripture and she goes funny that you had me read this because I actually really want to be baptized and so we put her on date and I was just soo happy! Anyways today was a blessed day!! Friday: Today was just a weird day, lots of our lessons fell through but also lots of the lessons went through. That's really all I have for today, not too much but I sure was in the cooking mood today lol. When we came home for dinner I made us homemade macaroni and cheese which turned out soooooooo freaking good like wow! Also update with Menards, we went there today to get something and lots of our friends that worked there asked where we have been and we told them that we got kicked out and they were so shocked!! But yeah that's today. Also we found this funny looking car and it was hilarious! We also ended up helping someone move which was chaotic and i was scared what i was going to find. Saturday: So I totally slept in a lot today because my body was just like no you need sleep so I said okay lol. During breakfast I was about to make a good glass of chocolate milk but then when I went to pour the milk it came out so chunky almost like it was expired but it wasn't, it smelled fine but because our fridge is dumb it froze my milk i was like gosh freaking dang it. Lots of our lessons fell through today which was unfortunate but we did go to one of the elders' baptisms which is actually a really funny story. So what happened was that this man is super tall and very sturdy and so the person baptising him was having trouble getting him under the water after 3 tries they got it!! Anyways fast forward towards the end I was asked to give the closing prayer and I thought his name was Toney and so I said his name a couple times in the prayer and then when I sat down the missionaries were looking at me weird, im like what they were like his name is Roy I was like oop. When I went over to apologize we all just laughed about it. Thank goodness Roy is chill but now every time I talk with him I purposely say the wrong name just because it's a joke now. We then met with a new member and she has 10 cats and is getting more, I was very amazed. Once we got home I did Sister Thaeles hair and I was amazed how it turned out! Sunday: Today Is a little hard to explain so bare with me lol. Church today was good and we had lots of good talks about faith which I absolutely love! Anyways fast forward towards the end of the day we met with our friend John who is getting baptized next sunday which is crazy because I've only met him twice but he was being taught not too long ago and was supposed to be baptized a week before me coming here but anyways we got approval from president so this is one of the fastest baptisms ive been part of lol. Anyways there was this lady who prayed with us and then the Elders invited her to meet with us again and shes like well ill be at Johns baptism and they were like can we meet before then anyways an hour of talking we ended up setting up a scripture study and a picnic situation and she assigned us all to bring something and it was hilarious. Again a lot easier to explain not through email lol. Anyways there is the week for yall, love you all so so much and hope you had an amazing week and hope you have a good rest of your week🫶💞!! Monday:P-Day!! Today was okay. We didn't really do too much. We did all our errands and cleaned🧼🧹 the heck out of this apartment and it's still NASTY!! Anyways we ended up meeting with the elders and played some chair soccer ⚽️where then one of the Elders got hurt, big RIP especially because he was the one wanting to play it. We then made Puff Puffs which is basically a donut. The rest of the day we had lessons which were good! +This week I've decided to work on patience and loving my companion more and I guess you will see how that goes as we go throughout the week. Tuesday: Man what a day! So today we helped our friend Rorri that isn't even being taught move houses 🚚📦aka move a house into a storage unit. We ended up doing this from 10:30am-4:30pm which we're not supposed to really do more then 2 hours of service but hey we had the zone leaders there and so its finnnnne right🤔? Anyways we had lots of fun during it all and goofed around a little too much maybe. We got done with that and we were all so so exhausted because man it was a lot. I'm going to be starting up physical therapy soon for my back again which is yay but also uggggg, can i not just get a new back lol jkjk. It was overall a good day though +Update: Today was pretty good with working on patience and love. More because I was also distracted the whole day. Wednesday: District Council!! Today's weather was AMAZING and sooo BEAUTIFUL!! Before we left the house we packed up all our food from the fridge to take to the church with us because every week we have to unplug our fridge or else it freezes everything and its also land lords orders so that's fun🤣! After a good meeting we had lots of lessons which were super fun and it was just going good. We had a lesson with this member that hasn't been to church in like 50 years and when we went over HOLY COW🫨 she had soooo much stuff!! She buys A LOT of toys and things and just piles everything up and it's like ahhh, she also has a lot of creepy dolls🧸. +Update: Today was okay I started losing love and patience but you know a couple deep breaths and turning up the music will do the trick! Right? Thursday: #House Shopping day🏘! So before we get into the title of this day, we had weekly planning and we did it at Dunkin and one of the workers kept offering us coffee and tea and we kept explaining how we don't drink that and so then he said he would get us hot chocolate, well that never happened which is okay lol🥤. After we got done with weekly planning which was kinda hard because my companion doesnt really communicate with me on what she's doing and so it's constantly over and over the same thing. Anyways we met up with the relater and Elder Nobel and we went and looked at a few places and they were not so good, we all came to an agreement on that which was funny😥. So basically it was a flop but stay tuned for another day who knows! The rest of the day we BIKED, YAYYY🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️!!! I love biking but my companion HATES it which is so sad. I pushed her a lot today because she would get down on herself but she was doing AMAZING anyways we biked for a little more then 7 hours and that first hour I was biking the whole time standing up which MANNN does that burn but I got my bike seat fixed so that's good! +Update: Okay today was good because we were out and about on bikes and everything was going swell besides this morning but the bike cured it all! Friday: Day 2 of almost biking all day! First off like I said earlier I lovvvve biking. I wish I could just keep doing it but nope. Anyways we got going with the day and we were riding our bikes to krispy kreme and we were so close and then Sister Thaele fell which is no good. We ended up going somewhere a little closer because she didn't want to bike anymore. We did some calls and then we went home because she was done with biking and kept just repeating how she doesn't like it. We ended up driving the rest of the day BIG RIP. Anyways throughout the day there was tension but I tried to lift up the mood but everything I said it just made her annoyed at me. We were then in a lesson when she wrote me a letter on how she's not a good companion and how she thinks I hate her which I was like dang well that makes me a worse companion. Anyways I then found a note on her phone that was saying how she doesn't know how to talk to me which then I felt even worse, im like am i really that bad of a person? It was a rough day.

+Update: Patience and love has somehow left for a vacation I guess. Saturday: Easter Party + Call with President! First off call with president was super good and helped me just be in a better mood. And shocking things were talked about and he related lots of it to MARRIAGE💍!!! I didnt actually say this but in my head im like do you want me to go home ahha? And also where are the cameras🎥 ahah. Anywho, the Easter party was so so fun! It was for the community and it was a big easter egg hunt 🐰and so we got to hide the easter eggs! We did this from 10am-4:30 and man was I having so much fun, we also got food out of it which is nice! We then had choir practice with mama Omalara and man was that funny. The rest of the day was calls and Actually a Miracle!! We went to the subway and were doing calls and I was talking to this person and he said no to baptism at first and then we kept talking and I asked again and he said you know what yeah and so we set a date and then right after we got a free cookie 🍪 from subway, God is good! +Update: Lots of tension pretty much in our companionship even when I try to fix it, its like nope! Sunday: Happy Easter🌷🌷🌷!!! Hope everyone had a good Easter Sunday, I know I sure did! I absolutely LOVE Jesus Christ Atonement and really just reflecting and thinking about it just always puts me in aww and it was just so fun to really celebrate Easter this year just having that on my mind the whole time. Anyways church was good and everything we had lots and lots of friends came and we sang in sacrament and it was so so funny. The best was the whole ward clapping for us as we finished lol i loved it! Once church ended we had so many lessons and calls the rest of the day which some turned into putting more people on date which is sooo good!! As we were getting almost done with the night I think Sister Thaele is done, she constantly brings up transfers and it's like hey like lets focus on the work and focus on these friends and then it goes silent so that's great! +Update: Today was okay, being at church helped a lot but then towards the end of the day patience and everything checked out again.
